Under the microscope, we can see that the cut surface of the forged wheels is very lubricated, and the metal molecules are tightly placed without roughness. The metal molecules of the cast wheel are loosened, and the metal particles are large and the cut surface has a strong rough feeling.

Sound judgment

The wheels made by good aluminum are more dense, so the echo of knocking is even more crisp. If it is liquid aluminum forging technology, the wheel sound is the most crisp, and the echo may sometimes last a few seconds. If you find that the echo is stuffy or there is almost no echo after knocking, it is better to give up.
